Please read these terms before scheduling service with Dothan Junk Removal Co.

1. Services

Dothan Junk Removal Co. provides residential and commercial junk removal, haul-away, and cleanout services in the Dothan, AL area and Wiregrass region. All services are subject to availability and crew capacity.

2. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided as an estimate based on customer-described load size. A firm, final price is given on-site before any work begins. By authorizing us to proceed, you agree to pay the quoted price upon completion. Payment is due at time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not haul: liquid hazardous materials, asbestos-containing materials, medical waste, biohazards, or sewage-contaminated materials. If prohibited items are discovered during a job, we reserve the right to decline removal of those items without refund of any minimum fees already charged.

5. Property Damage

Our crew takes care to avoid damage to your property. In the event of damage caused by our crew during normal service operations, report it immediately. We carry general liability insurance and will work in good faith to resolve legitimate damage claims. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing structural conditions, inaccessible areas, or unusual property features not disclosed at time of booking.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible. We understand that situations change — please call us as soon as you know. No cancellation fees are charged for reasonable notice. For military PCS situations, we are flexible with scheduling changes at no penalty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Houston County, Alabama.
