How is the price calculated?

Volume (how much truck space your stuff takes up) and weight. Concrete, tile, and heavy materials cost more per cubic foot than furniture. Labor is included — we load everything ourselves. You get a firm quote on-site before anything is loaded. No surprises.

Do you separate for donation and recycling?

We try. Items clearly in good condition — furniture, working appliances — go to local donation when possible. Metal gets recycled. Electronics go to proper e-waste streams. The landfill is the last resort, not the first. We don't charge extra for routing items to better outcomes.

What if I'm not sure how much stuff I have?

Describe it to us over the phone — rooms affected, rough idea of how full they are, any heavy items. We'll give you a ballpark range. Final quote happens on-site. Most people are in the right ballpark from the phone conversation.

Will the crew be careful with my property?

Do you work on weekends?
