Defrost Before We Arrive

If the refrigerator is running, empty it and shut it off at least 24 hours before pickup. This lets it defrost. A fully-frosted freezer unit that hasn't been defrosted is messier and heavier - and we'd rather not drip thaw water through your kitchen on the way out. If it's already dead and defrosted, we're good to go.

The Garage Fridge Situation
